The C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Series Front Bumper for 2nd Gen Toyota Tacoma (2012–2015) is a rugged, bolt-on upgrade designed to widen tire clearance, improve approach angles, and support larger tires. Built for serious off-road use, it combines heavy-duty steel construction with practical winching and lighting options tailored to the 2012–2015 Tacoma.

100% bolt-on design with no welding required (some minor trimming on 2012–2015 models). This bumper enhances tire clearance and approach angles, making it easier to fit larger tires while maintaining robust protection for front-end missions.

• 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel construction with 1/4" thick mounting plates
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs, fully welded on both fronts
• Bull bar tubing:.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing
• Designed for 30" single-row light bars (Baja Designs S8, Extreme LED 30" 5D, RIGID 30" SR series will fit)
• Fog light pockets compatible with Baja Designs Squadron lights (factory fog lights not supported)
• Outstanding winch compatibility: fits most 8k–12k winches; relocation of the electrical control box recommended
• Common winches: ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon and VR series
• Suggest synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead for best fitment; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead plate
• Includes Additional Front Bumper Frame Support Brackets (a $177 value) with all 2nd Gen Tacoma Overland and Hybrid bumpers
• Finish note: unless you choose the powder-coated option, painting or powder coating is recommended to prevent rust

Construction & Durability

Constructed from 3/16" steel with 1/4" mounting plates for solid mounting strength. The 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs are fully welded for reliable recovery points, and the bull bar uses.120" wall tubing for extra rigidity on aggressive trails.

Fitment & Compatibility

Specifically designed for the 2nd Gen Toyota Tacoma (2012–2015). Bolt-on installation with some minor trimming required on 2012–2015 models. The bumper is engineered to improve tire clearance and approach angles, facilitating larger tire setups and overland configurations.

Winching & Lighting

Compatible with most 8k–12k winches. Relocating the winch electrical control box is recommended for optimal layout; integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit. The bumper accommodates 30" light bars and select 30" LED bars, with dedicated pockets for Baja Designs Squadron fog lights. Note: factory fog lights are not supported.

Weight & Handling

Weight varies with configuration: 125 lbs without the bull bar, 130 lbs with mid-height bull bar, 140 lbs with full-height bull bar, and 145 lbs with full-height bull bar plus headlight hoops.

Finish Options & Maintenance

Finish options include a powder-coated option; if a powder-coated option is not selected, the bumper will require painting or powder coating to prevent rust and corrosion in harsh environments.
