C4 Fabrication's Tacoma Overland Series Front Bumper for the 2nd Gen Toyota Tacoma (2012–2015) is a rugged bolt-on upgrade engineered for off-road enthusiasts who want enhanced tire clearance, improved approach angles, and the ability to run larger tires. Designed to integrate with a range of winches and lighting options, it delivers serious strength without requiring welding.

Construction & Design

• 100% bolt-on design with no welding required (some minor trimming on 2012–2015 models).
• 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel construction with 1/4" mounting plates for rigid mounting.
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs, fully welded front and back.
• Bull bar tubing:.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing.

Winch Compatibility & Installation

• Fits most 8k–12k winches; relocation of the electrical control box is recommended.
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit.
• Common compatible models include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series.
• Recommend synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead for best fitment; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead plate.

Lighting, Skirting & Fog Light Provisions

• Designed to accept a 30" single-row light bar (specifically designed for Baja Designs S8).
• Will also fit Extreme LED 30" 5D light bars and RIGID 30" SR series.
• Fog light pockets designed for Baja Designs Squadron lights; factory fog lights are not supported.

Weight, Options & Finish

• 125 lbs without the bull bar; 130 lbs with mid-height bull bar; 140 lbs with full-height bull bar; 145 lbs with full-height bull bar and headlight hoops.
• Unless you choose a powder-coated option, the bumper will need to be painted or powder coated to prevent rust.
