C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Series Front Bumper / 2nd Gen / 2012-2015

Upgrade your Toyota Tacoma with the C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Series Front Bumper for 2nd Gen Tacomas (2012–2015). This bolt-on, no-welding design delivers rugged off-road protection, improved tire clearance, and a better approach angle to help you fit larger tires. Some minor trimming may be required on 2012–2015 models.

Construction & Materials

• 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" thick mounting plates
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs, fully welded front and back
• Bull bar tubing:.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW
• 100% bolt-on design; no welding required

Weight & Fitment

• 125 lbs without bull bar, 130 lbs with mid-height bull bar, 140 lbs with full-height bull bar, 145 lbs with full-height bull bar plus headlight hoops
• Designed to fit 30" single-row light bars (specifically Baja Designs S8); Extreme LED 30" 5D light bar and RIGID 30" SR series also fit

Winch Compatibility & Electrical

• Fits most 8k–12k winches; relocation of the electrical control box recommended
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit
• Common compatible models include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon and VR series
• Recommends synthetic rope and hawse-style fairlead for best fitment
• Some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate

Lighting & Fog Light Provisions

• Fog light pockets designed for Baja Designs Squadron lights; factory fog lights are not supported
• Designed to accommodate 30" light bars, with specific compatibility noted above

Additional Hardware & Accessories

• Includes Additional Front Bumper Frame Support Brackets with all 2nd Gen Tacoma Overland and Hybrid front bumpers (a $177 value)

Finish & Installation Notes

• Unless you choose the powder-coated option, the bumper will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust
• 100% bolt-on installation with some minor trimming required on 2012–2015 models
