Upgrade the front end of your 2012–2015 Toyota Tacoma with the C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Series Front Bumper. This 2nd Gen bumper delivers rugged protection, enhanced tire clearance, and a more aggressive approach angle, all through a 100% bolt-on design that minimizes installation downtime and avoids welding.

Key Features

• 100% bolt-on design with no welding required (some minor trimming on 2012–2015 models).
• Enhanced tire clearance and approach angle to accommodate larger tires and tougher terrain.
• 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel construction with 1/4" thick mounting plates for strong, durable mounting.
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs; tabs come fully welded front and back for added strength and reliability.
• Bull bar tubing is.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW for robust front-end protection.
• Designed to fit most winches in the 8k–12k range; relocation of the electrical control box recommended for integrated-control-box winches.
• Compatible with popular winches (ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon and VR series) and supports synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead for best fitment.
• 30" single-row light bar compatibility, specifically designed for Baja Designs S8; also fits Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series.
• Fog light pockets designed for Baja Designs Squadron lights; factory fog lights are not supported.
• Includes Additional Front Bumper Frame Support Brackets (a $177 value) with all 2nd Gen Tacoma Overland and Hybrid front bumpers.
• Options available: powder-coated finish or untreated (must be painted or powder coated to prevent rust).

Construction & Weight

• Fabricated from 3/16" P&O steel with 1/4" mounting plates for rigidity and long-term durability.
• Weight varies by configuration:
  • 125 lbs without bull bar
  • 130 lbs with mid-height bull bar
  • 140 lbs with full-height bull bar
  • 145 lbs with full-height bull bar and headlight hoops

Lighting, Winches & Fitment

• Specifically designed to accommodate 30" light bars with recessed mounting; Baja Designs S8 is a primary design reference.
• Compatible with multiple 8k–12k winches; if the winch supports relocation of the control box, installation is smoother. Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit.
• Some roller fairleads may be too large for the bumper’s recessed fairlead mounting plate.
