Overview

Upgrade your 2nd Gen Toyota Tacoma with the C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Series Front Bumper. This 100% bolt-on, weld-free design (some minor trimming may be required on 2012–2015 models) delivers significantly improved tire clearance and approach angles, making it easier to run larger tires and tackle tougher trails.

Key build and durability

• Constructed from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" thick mounting plates for uncompromising strength.
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs are standard on every bumper and come fully welded front and back for reliable recovery points.
• Bull bar tubing is.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing for rugged protection and a bold appearance.

Winch compatibility

• Designed to fit most 8k–12k winches.
• Winches with relocated electrical control boxes are recommended; integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit.
• Common compatible models include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series.
• For best fitment, prefer synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead plate.

Lighting, visibility, and accessory fit

• Specifically designed to accommodate a 30" single-row light bar, with compatibility for Baja Designs S8 light bar.
• Extreme LED 30" 5D light bar and RIGID 30" SR series will also fit.
• Fog light pockets are designed for Baja Designs Squadron lights; factory fog lights are not supported.

Weight, height, and mounting configurations

• 125 lbs without the bull bar, 130 lbs with mid-height bull bar, 140 lbs with full-height bull bar, 145 lbs with full-height bull bar plus headlight hoops.

Finish, painting, and maintenance

Unless you choose the powder-coated option, the bumper will require painting or powder coating to prevent rust and corrosion after installation.
