C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Series Front Bumper / 2nd Gen / 2012-2015

The C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Series Front Bumper for the 2nd Gen Toyota Tacoma (2012–2015) is a bolt-on, winch-ready front bumper built for serious off-roaders. It enhances tire clearance and approach angles while simplifying the process of fitting larger tires—perfect for overlanders and trail enthusiasts who don’t want to compromise protection or capability.

Key features

• 100% bolt-on design with no welding required (some minor trimming on 2012–2015 models).
• 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel construction with 1/4" thick mounting plates for rigidity and durability.
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs, standard on every bumper, fully welded front and back.
• Bull bar tubing is.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW for robust protection.
• Weight options: 125 lbs without bull bar; 130 lbs with mid-height bull bar; 140 lbs with full-height bull bar; 145 lbs with full-height bull bar and headlight hoops.

Winch compatibility

• Fits most winches in the 8k–12k range; relocation of the electrical control box is recommended.
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit.
• Common compatible winches include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series.
• We recommend synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead for best fit and function; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.

Lighting and clearance

• Designed to accommodate a 30" single-row light bar (specifically tailored for Baja Designs S8 light bar).
• Also compatible with Extreme LED 30" 5D light bars and RIGID 30" SR series lights.
• Fog light pockets are designed for Baja Designs Squadron lights; factory fog lights are not supported.

Fit, finish, and installation

• Additional Front Bumper Frame Support Brackets are included with all 2nd Gen Tacoma Overland and Hybrid front bumpers (a $177 value).
• Finish note: unless you select the powder-coated option, the bumper will need to be painted or powder-coated before installation to prevent rust.

What’s included and compatibility notes

• Designed to improve tire clearance and approach angle while providing a strong mounting platform for winches and lights.
• Factory fog lights are not supported by this bumper; plan accordingly for lighting upgrades.
