Description

The C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Series Front Bumper for the 2nd Gen Tacoma (2012–2015) is a rugged bolt-on upgrade designed to enhance off-road capability without welding. It’s built to improve tire clearance and approach angles, making it easier to fit larger tires while maintaining everyday usability.

Rugged construction and design

100% bolt-on design with no welding required (some minor trimming on 2012–2015 models).
3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel construction with 1/4″ thick mounting plates for solid, durable mounting.
3/4″ thick D-Ring tabs are standard on every bumper and come fully welded front and back.
Bull bar tubing:.120 wall, 1 3/4″ diameter HREW tubing for added protection and a bold look.

Winch compatibility and mounting

Fits most winches in the 8k–12k range.
Winches with relocated electrical control box are recommended; integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit.
Common compatible models include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series.
For best fitment, use synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead. Some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.

Lighting, fog, and visibility compatibility

Designed to accommodate a 30″ single-row light bar, specifically tuned for Baja Designs S8 light bar.
Extreme LED 30″ 5D light bar and RIGID 30″ SR series are also compatible.
Fog light pockets are designed for Baja Designs Squadron lights; factory fog lights are not supported.

Weight, fitment, and add-ons

150 lbs without bull bar, 130 lbs with mid-height bull bar, 140 lbs with full-height bull bar, and 145 lbs with full-height bull bar and headlight hoops.
Additional Front Bumper Frame Support Brackets included with all 2nd Gen Tacoma Overland and Hybrid front bumpers (valued at $177.00).

Finish, installation notes, and care

Unless you choose the powder-coated option, the bumper will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.
