C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Series Front Bumper / 2nd Gen / 2005-2011

The C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Series Front Bumper for the 2nd Gen Toyota Tacoma (2005–2011) is a rugged bolt-on upgrade designed for off-road enthusiasts who want increased tire clearance, better approach angles, and room to fit larger tires—without any welding required. Built to endure demanding trails, it combines strong protection with thoughtful compatibility for winches and lighting.

Construction & Materials

• 100% bolt-on design with no welding required
• 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel construction with 1/4" thick mounting plates
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs standard on every bumper, fully welded front and back
• Bull bar tubing:.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing

Weight & Fitment

• Weights vary by bull bar configuration: 125lbs without bull bar, 130lbs with mid-height bull bar, 140lbs with full-height bull bar, 145lbs with full-height bull bar and headlight hoops
• Designed to fit 30" single-row light bars (specifically designed for Baja Designs S8 light bar); Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series will also fit

Winch Compatibility & Electrical

• Fits most 8k–12k winches; winches with relocation capability for the electrical control box are recommended
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit
• Common compatible models include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series
• We recommend synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead for best fit and functionality
• Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper

Lighting, Fog Lights & Accessory Compatibility

• Fog light pockets designed for Baja Designs Squadron lights; factory fog lights not supported
• Designed to accommodate 30" light bars; specifically compatible with Baja Designs S8 and certain 30" light bars from Extreme LED and RIGID

Included Accessories & Finish

• Additional Front Bumper Frame Support Brackets included with all 2nd Gen Tacoma Overland and Hybrid front bumpers (a $177 value)
• Powder-coated option available; otherwise, coating must be painted or powder-coated to prevent rust
