Introduction

The C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Series Front Bumper is a purpose-built, bolt-on protection solution for the 2005–2011 Toyota Tacoma 2nd Gen. It delivers enhanced tire clearance and an improved approach angle while accommodating larger tires, all without welding.

Materials & Build

Rigidity comes from a combination of 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel and 1/4" mounting plates, reinforced by 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs that are welded on both sides. The bull bar features.120" wall tubing with a 1 3/4" diameter HREW construction to withstand off-road impacts while keeping a balanced weight distribution.

Winching & Mounting

Designed to fit most winches in the 8k–12k range. Winches capable of relocating the electrical control box are recommended; integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit. Common compatible models include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series. For best results, use synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead. Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.

Lighting & Front Bar Compatibility

The bumper is designed to fit 30" single-row light bars, specifically Baja Designs S8. Extreme LED 30" 5D light bars and RIGID 30" SR series will also fit. Fog light pockets are designed for Baja Designs Squadron lights, and factory fog lights are not supported.

• 125 lbs without bull bar
• 130 lbs with mid-height bull bar

• 145 lbs with full-height bull bar and headlight hoops

Finish & Maintenance

Unless you select the powder-coated option, the bumper will require painting or powder coating before installation to prevent rust. A powder-coated option is available for a ready-to-install finish.
