Description

The C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Series Front Bumper is a purpose-built bolt-on upgrade for the 2005–2011 Toyota Tacoma 2nd Gen. It expands tire clearance, improves approach angles, and makes room for larger tires—without any welding required. Crafted for serious off-road use, it blends rugged protection with versatile winch and lighting compatibility.

Construction & Materials

100% bolt-on design with no welding required
3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel construction with 1/4″ thick mounting plates
3/4″ thick D-Ring tabs, fully welded on front and back
Bull bar tubing is.120″ wall, 1 3/4″ diameter HREW

Winch Compatibility & Electrical

Winches with relocation capability for the electrical control box are recommended
Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit
Common compatible winches include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series
Best results with synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead
Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate

Lighting & Grille Fitment

Designed to accommodate Baja Designs S8 30″ light bar
Extreme LED 30″ 5D light bar and RIGID 30″ SR series are also compatible
Fog light pockets designed for Baja Designs Squadron lights; factory fog lights are not supported

Additional Front Bumper Frame Support Brackets are included with all 2nd Gen Tacoma Overland and Hybrid front bumpers (a $177 value)
For rust prevention, painting or powder coating is recommended unless you select the powder-coated option
