C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Series Front Bumper / 2nd Gen / 2005-2011

The C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Series Front Bumper for the 2nd Gen Toyota Tacoma (2005–2011) is a rugged, bolt-on upgrade built for Overland and Hybrid builds. It enhances tire clearance and approach angle while making room for larger tires, all without welding. This front bumper is engineered for serious off-road use and straightforward, tool-free installation.

Construction & Materials

• 100% bolt-on design, no welding required
• 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel construction with 1/4" thick mounting plates
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs standard on every bumper, fully welded front and back
• Bull bar tubing is.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing

Weight & Fitment Options

• 125 lbs without bull bar, 130 lbs with mid-height bull bar, 140 lbs with full-height bull bar, 145 lbs with full-height bull bar and headlight hoops
• Designed to fit 30" single-row light bars (specifically Baja Designs S8); Extreme LED 30" 5D light bar and RIGID 30" SR series will also fit
• Fog light pockets designed for Baja Designs Squadron lights (factory fog lights not supported)

Winch Compatibility

Fits most winches in the 8,000–12,000 lb range. We recommend winches with the ability to relocate the electrical control box. Integrated control box winches may require some trimming of the grille support brackets to fit. Common compatible models include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series. For best fit and performance, use synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate.

Light Bar & Accessory Compatibility

The bumper is engineered to accommodate 30" single-row light bars, with specific design support for Baja Designs S8. It also supports other 30" options like Extreme LED 5D and RIGID SR series. If you run auxiliary lighting, this bumper provides robust mounting and recessed fairlead compatibility to help keep lighting secure and performance-focused during off-road use.

• Includes Additional Front Bumper Frame Support Brackets with all 2nd Gen Tacoma Overland and Hybrid front bumpers (a $177 value)
• Finish note: Unless you choose the powder-coated option, the bumper will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust
