The C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Series Front Bumper for 2nd Gen Tacomas (2005–2011) is a rugged bolt-on upgrade crafted for off-roaders who crave improved tire clearance, a better approach angle, and the ability to fit larger tires. Built to withstand tough trails, it pairs heavy-duty steel construction with thoughtful winch and lighting compatibility for a dependable, long-lasting upgrade.

• 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel construction with 1/4" mounting plates
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs, welded front and back
• .120 wall bull bar tubing, 1 3/4" diameter HREW
• 100% bolt-on design, no welding required
• Weight options: 125 lbs without bull bar; 130 lbs with mid-height bull bar; 140 lbs with full-height bull bar; 145 lbs with full-height bull bar + headlight hoops
• Fits most 8k–12k winches; relocating the electrical control box is recommended
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit (examples: ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, VR series)
• Best with synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate
• Designed to accommodate 30" single-row light bars (specifically Baja Designs S8); also fits Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series
• Fog light pockets designed for Baja Designs Squadron lights; factory fog lights not supported
• Includes Additional Front Bumper Frame Support Brackets for all 2nd Gen Tacoma Overland and Hybrid bumpers

Lighting & Accessory Compatibility

This bumper is optimized for a 30" single-row light bar, with Baja Designs S8 as the primary design reference. It also supports Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR-series bars. Fog light pockets are tailored for Baja Designs Squadron lights, and factory fog lights are not supported. When selecting a winch and lighting setup, be mindful of fitment with recessed fairlead mounting plates and potential trimming requirements for certain grille components.

Installation & Maintenance
