Introduction

The C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Series Front Bumper is a bolt-on upgrade designed for the 2nd Gen Toyota Tacoma (2005–2011). Built for off-road adventures, it delivers significantly improved tire clearance and approach angle while making it easier to run larger tires—without any welding or fabrication.

Durable construction & mounting

100% bolt-on design with no welding required
3/16" laser-cut P&O steel main construction with 1/4" mounting plates
3/4" thick D-Ring tabs standard on every bumper, fully welded front and back
Bull bar tubing is.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing

Winch compatibility & fitment

Designed to fit most 8k–12k winches
Winches with relocation capability are recommended; integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets
Common compatible models include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series
For best results, use synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate

Lighting, visibility & compatibility

Designed to fit 30" single-row light bars (specifically Baja Designs S8)
Extreme LED 30" 5D light bar and RIGID 30" SR series are also compatible
Fog light pockets designed for Baja Designs Squadron lights; factory fog lights are not supported
