Key Construction and Design

• 100% bolt-on design—no welding required, simplifying installation and maintenance.
• Constructed from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" thick mounting plates for robust front-end protection.
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs are standard on every bumper and come fully welded front and back for immediate use with recovery gear.
• Bull bar tubing features.120" wall thickness with a 1 3/4" diameter HREW tube for proven durability in rugged terrain.

Winch Compatibility and Electrical Considerations

• Designed to fit most winches in the 8k–12k range. Winches that relocate the electrical control box are recommended for best fitment.
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit properly.
• Compatible with common winch brands such as ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series.
• For optimal performance, use winches with synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead.
• Note: Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.

Lighting, Bars, and Fog Light Provisions

• Specifically designed to accommodate a 30" single-row light bar, with primary design focus on Baja Designs S8.
• Compatible with Extreme LED 30" 5D light bars and RIGID 30" SR series.
• Fog light pockets are tailored for Baja Designs Squadron lights; factory fog lights are not supported.

• 125 lbs without the bull bar, 130 lbs with mid-height bull bar, 140 lbs with full-height bull bar, and 145 lbs with full-height bull bar plus headlight hoops.
