Overview

The C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Front Bumper for the 4th Gen Toyota Tacoma (2024+) is built for serious off-road adventures. This rugged, winch-ready bumper combines protection, functionality, and purpose-built mounting options for overlanders. Note: installation requires cutting the factory bumper for a proper fit.

Winch Compatibility & Installation

• Fits most winches in the 8k–12k range.
• Electrical control box must be relocated from the top of the winch; trimming and fitting will be required.
• Warn VR series is a confirmed fit.
• For best fit and function, use a winch with synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead.
• Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.
• Cutouts in front of the bumper provide winch lever access.
• TRD Pro and TRD Off-Road models do not require an additional mini-skid panel.
• Be aware that some vehicles may require a professional Toyota Safety Sense recalibration after bumper install.
• Includes Washer Tank Skid and winch controller relocation kit.
• Fact: Requires cutting of the plastic bumper to install.
• This product ships Ground.
• Unless you choose the powder-coated option, it will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.
• All bull bar variants are compatible with Toyota Safety Sense and parking sensors.

Lighting & Light Bar Compatibility

• Designed to fit 30" single-row light bars — specifically tailored for Baja Designs S8, Heretic Studio 30", and Rigid SR-30.
• Fog light pockets are designed for Baja Designs Squadron lights; factory fog lights are not supported.

Construction & Dimensions

• Material: 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel.
• Bull bar tubing: 1 3/4" OD, 1/8" wall thickness; gussets and headlight hoops use 1 1/2" OD.
• D-ring tabs: 3/4" thick, fully welded on front and back.
• Weight (approximate, depending on bull bar configuration):
  • 114 lbs without bull bar
  • 121 lbs with low-height bull bar
  • 128 lbs with mid-height bull bar with tube gussets
  • 138 lbs with full-height bull bar and headlight hoops

Finish, Fitment & Warranty Notes

• Powder-coated option available; otherwise the bumper will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.
• The bumper is designed to accommodate 30" light bars and specific fog light configurations, with certain factory components not supported.
• All bull bar variants are compatible with Toyota Safety Sense and parking sensors.
