Introduction

The C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Front Bumper is engineered for 4th Gen Toyota Tacomas (2024+), built to endure demanding overland adventures while accommodating a mid- to heavy-duty winch and integrated lighting. This front bumper delivers rugged protection, targeted winch access, and purpose-built light and fog light pockets designed for reliable off-road performance.

Key Fitment and What You Get

• Requires cutting of the plastic bumper to install.
• Fits most winches in the 8k–12k size range.
• Includes Washer Tank Skid and winch controller relocation kit.
• TRD Pro and TRD Off-Road models do not require an additional mini-skid panel.
• Designed to fit 30" single-row light bars (customized for Baja Designs S8, Heretic Studio 30", and Rigid SR-30).

Winch, Electrical, and Alignment Details

• Electrical control box must be relocated from the top of the winch; trimming and fitting will be required.
• A Warn VR-series winch is a confirmed fit.
• Best fitment with synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate.
• Cutouts in front of the bumper provide clear winch lever access.

Construction and Materials

• Manufactured from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel for strength and long-lasting durability.
• Tubing for bull bars is 1 3/4" OD with 1/8" wall thickness; gussets and headlight hoops use 1 1/2" OD tubing.
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs are fully welded to the bumper (front and back) as standard.
• Designed to maintain compatibility with Toyota Safety Sense and parking sensors across all bull bar variants.
