Engineered for serious off-road enthusiasts, the C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Front Bumper is built for 4th Gen Toyota Tacomas (2024+). It combines rugged protection with winch integration and purpose-built lighting compatibility to enhance recovery capability and trail readiness.

What it is and who it’s for

A heavy-duty front bumper designed to upgrade protection, winching capability, and lighting mounting for Tacoma owners pursuing overlanding, rock crawling, or expedition-style builds. It’s specifically tailored for 4th Gen Tacomas and accommodates a range of mid- to large-size winches while providing dedicated cutouts and mounting, off-road-ready features, and compatibility with common auxiliary lighting systems.

Winch compatibility and installation notes

• Requires cutting of the plastic bumper to install.
• Fits most winches 8k–12k in size.
• Electrical control box must be relocated from the top of the winch; trimming/fitting will be required. Warn VR series is a confirmed fit.
• We recommend winches with synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead for best fitment and functionality.
• Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.
• Cutouts in front of the bumper provide easy access to the winch lever.

Lighting and light-bar compatibility

• Designed to accommodate a 30" single-row light bar, with specific compatibility for Baja Designs S8, Heretic Studio 30", and Rigid SR-30.
• Fog light pockets are designed for Baja Designs Squadron lights; factory fog lights are not supported.

Materials, construction, and weight

• Made from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel.
• Tubing for bull bars is 1 3/4" OD with 1/8" wall thickness; gussets and headlight hoops use 1 1/2" OD tubing.
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs are fully welded to the bumper front and back.
• Weight varies by bull bar configuration: 114 lbs (no bull bar), 121 lbs (low-height), 128 lbs (mid-height with gussets), 138 lbs (full height with headlight hoops).

Safety, fitment, and vehicle considerations

• All bull bar variants are compatible with Toyota Safety Sense and parking sensors.
• Some vehicles may require a professional Toyota Safety Sense recalibration after bumper installation.

Finish options and maintenance

Unless you choose the powder-coated option, this product will need to be painted or powder-coated before installation to prevent rust.
