Overview

The C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Front Bumper for 4th Gen 2024+ is a rugged, winch-ready bumper engineered for serious off-road use. Designed for overland setups, it supports high-capacity winches, integrates lighting options, and enhances front-end protection for adventurous Tacoma builds.

Key fitment and compatibility

• Requires cutting of the factory plastic bumper to install.
• Fits most winches 8k–12k in size; electrical control box must be relocated from the top of the winch and trimming/fitting will be required. Warn VR series is a confirmed fit.
• Recommended: winches with synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead for optimum fit and performance.
• Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.
• Cutouts in the bumper provide access to the winch lever.
• Designed to accommodate a 30″ single-row light bar; specifically compatible with Baja Designs S8, Heretic Studio 30", and Rigid SR-30.
• Fog light pockets sized for Baja Designs Squadron lights; factory fog lights are not supported.
• All bull bar variants work with Toyota Safety Sense (TSS) and parking sensors, with possible need for a professional TSS recalibration after install on some vehicles.
• TRD Pro and TRD Off-Road models do not require an additional mini-skid panel.

Construction and durability

• Fabricated from 3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel for a strong, straight-forward build.
• Bull bar tubing is 1 3/4" OD with 1/8" wall thickness; gussets and headlight hoops use 1 1/2" OD tubing.
• Includes 3/4″ thick D-ring tabs, fully welded on both front and back for reliable recovery points.

Weight and variants

• Weight (approximate): 114 lbs without bull bar, 121 lbs with low-height bull bar, 128 lbs with mid-height bull bar and tube gussets, 138 lbs with full-height bull bar and headlight hoops.

• Finish option: the bumper requires paint or powder coating unless you choose the powder-coated option to prevent rust and corrosion.
• Be prepared for installation steps including bumper modification, winch relocation, and possible trim work for optimal fitment.
• Includes Washer Tank Skid and winch controller relocation kit as part of the package.
• Product ships via ground delivery.

Lighting, winch, and accessory fitment

• 30″ single-row light bar compatibility with popular models (Baja Designs S8, Heretic Studio 30", Rigid SR-30).
