Fitment, Winch, and Installation Considerations

• Fits most winches 8k–12k lbs.
• Requires cutting of the plastic bumper to install.
• Electrical control box must be relocated from the top of the winch; trimming/fitting will be required.
• Warn VR series winches are a confirmed fit.
• We recommend winches with synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead for the best fit and functionality.
• Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.
• Cutouts in front of the bumper provide winch lever access.
• TRD Pro and TRD Off-Road models do not require an additional mini-skid panel.
• Be aware that some vehicles may randomly require a professional Toyota Safety Sense recalibration after bumper install.
• All bull bar variants are compatible with Toyota Safety Sense and parking sensors.

Lighting, Light Bar, and Fog Light Integration

• Designed to accommodate a 30" single-row light bar (specifically designed for Baja Designs S8, Heretic Studio 30", and Rigid SR-30).
• Fog light pockets are designed for Baja Designs Squadron lights; factory fog lights are not supported.

• Bumper constructed from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel for durability and impact resistance.
• Tubing for bull bars is 1 3/4" OD with 1/8" wall thickness; gussets and headlight hoops use 1 1/2" OD tubing.
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs are fully welded to both the front and back for added recovery capability.
• Weight varies by bull bar configuration: 114 lbs without a bull bar, 121 lbs with a low-height bull bar, 128 lbs with a mid-height bull bar and tube gussets, and 138 lbs with a full-height bull bar and headlight hoops.
