Fitment & Installation

• Requires cutting of the plastic bumper to install.
• Fits most winches in the 8k–12k range.
• Electrical control box must be relocated from the top of the winch; trimming and fitting will be required.
• Warn VR series winches are a confirmed fit.
• Recommend using winches with synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead for the best fitment and function.
• Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.
• Cutouts in front of the bumper provide access to the winch lever.
• Designed to accommodate a 30" single-row light bar with specific fitment for Baja Designs S8, Heretic Studio 30", and Rigid SR-30 light bars.
• Fog light pockets designed for Baja Designs Squadron lights; factory fog lights are not supported.

Construction & Materials

• Made from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel for lasting strength.
• Bull bars use 1 3/4" OD tubing with 1/8" wall thickness; gussets and headlight hoops use 1 1/2" OD tubing.
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs are fully welded on both front and back for secure recovery points.
• Weight varies by bull bar configuration: 114 lbs without bull bar; 121 lbs with low-height bull bar; 128 lbs with mid-height bull bar with tube gussets; 138 lbs with full-height bull bar and headlight hoops.
• All bull bar variants are compatible with Toyota Safety Sense (TSS) and parking sensors.
• Professional TSS recalibration may be required after bumper install on some vehicles.
• Unless opting for the powder-coated option, the bumper will need painting or powder coating to prevent rust.

• Front bumper accommodates a 30" single-row light bar (designed for Baja Designs S8, Heretic Studio 30", Rigid SR-30).
