The C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Front Bumper for 4th Gen Toyota Tacoma (2024+) is built for serious overlanders who demand rugged protection, winch capability, and thoughtfully designed lighting integration. Fitment and Installation

• Requires cutting of the plastic bumper to install.
• Fits most winches 8k–12k in size.
• Electrical control box must be relocated from top of winch; trimming/fitting will be required.
• Warn VR series is a confirmed fit.
• We recommend using winches with synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead for the best fit and functionality.
• Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.
• Cutouts in front of the bumper provide winch lever access.

Lighting, Light Bars, and Fog Lights

• Designed to fit 30″ single-row light bars, specifically compatible with Baja Designs S8, Heretic Studio 30", and Rigid SR-30 light bars.
• Fog light pockets designed for Baja Designs Squadron lights; factory fog lights are not supported.

Construction, Weight, and Durability

• Fabricated from 3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel for strength and durability.
• Bull bar tubing is 1 3/4" OD with 1/8" wall thickness; gussets and headlight hoops use 1 1/2" OD tubing.
• 3/4″ thick D-ring tabs are fully welded to the bumper front and back.
• Weight varies by setup: 114 lbs without bull bar, 121 lbs with low-height bull bar, 128 lbs with mid-height bull bar and tube gussets, 138 lbs with full-height bull bar and headlight hoops.

Safety, Sensors, and Vehicle Integration

• All bull bar variants are compatible with Toyota Safety Sense and parking sensors.
• Some vehicles may require a professional Toyota Safety Sense recalibration after bumper installation.

Finish, Maintenance, and Coating

• Unless you choose the powder-coated option, the bumper will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.
• Powder coating option is available for rust protection and lasting finish.

Compatibility Notes

• TRD Pro and TRD Off-Road models do not require an additional mini-skid panel.
