The C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Front Bumper is a purpose-built upgrade for the Toyota Tacoma 3rd Gen (2016–2023). Designed for overlanders who demand serious front-end protection, it combines rugged steel construction with winch integration and lighting versatility for expedition-ready versatility.

Key fitment and winch compatibility

• Requires cutting of the plastic bumper to install.
• Fits most winches 8k–12k in size; relocation of the electrical control box is recommended.
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of the grille support brackets to fit.
• Common compatible winches include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series.
• Best results with winches that use synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead.
• Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.
• Front-cutouts provide access to the winch lever for quick operation.
• Designed to accommodate 30" single-row light bars (specifically designed for Baja Designs S8). Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series will also fit.
• Fog light pockets are designed for Baja Designs Squadron lights; factory fog lights are not supported.
• Mid-height bull bar is not compatible with Toyota Safety Sense.

Lighting and accessory compatibility

• Bumper supports 30" single-row lighting configurations, with explicit design considerations for Baja Designs S8 and compatible high-end LED bars.
• Fog light pockets are tailored for Baja Designs Squadron lights, offering a clean, integrated look with select aftermarket fogs.

Construction and finish

• Manufactured from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" thick mounting plates for solid, lasting mounting points.
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs are fully welded on both faces for reliable recovery points.
• Weight varies by configuration: 115 lbs without a bull bar; 125 lbs with a mid-height bull bar; 130 lbs with a full-height bull bar; 135 lbs with a full-height bull bar plus headlight hoops.
• Unless selecting the powder-coated option, the bumper will need to be painted or powder-coated before installation to prevent rust.

Installation notes

• Because installation requires removing or modifying the bumper, plan for proper fitment with your vehicle’s bumper and grille assembly.
• The bumper’s design anticipates a robust recovery and lighting setup, so ensure compatible winch and lighting accessories are selected before purchase.
