C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Front Bumper / 3rd Gen / 2016-2023

The C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Front Bumper is a purpose-built upgrade for 3rd Gen Toyota Tacomas (2016–2023). It delivers serious front-end protection, a robust winch mounting platform, and dedicated lighting slots engineered for overlanding and rugged off-road adventures.

Rugged construction and durability

• 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" thick mounting plates for a solid, load-bearing foundation
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs fully welded front and back for added towing strength
• Weight options reflect build configuration: 115 lbs (no bull bar), 125 lbs (mid-height bull bar), 130 lbs (full-height bull bar), 135 lbs (full-height bull bar with headlight hoops)
• Unless you choose the powder-coated option, painting or powder coating is recommended to prevent rust

Winch compatibility and installation details

• Fits most winches 8k–12k in size
• Winches with the ability to relocate the electrical control box are recommended
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of the grille support brackets to fit
• Common compatible models include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon and VR series
• For best fit and function, use winches with synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead
• Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate
• Cutouts in front of the bumper allow easy winch lever access

Lighting and auxiliary fitment

• Designed to accommodate a 30" single-row light bar, with specific compatibility for the Baja Designs S8
• Also supports Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series bars
• Fog light pockets are designed for Baja Designs Squadron lights
• Factory fog lights are not supported

Finish, compatibility, and installation notes

• Requires cutting of the plastic bumper to install
• The bumper is built to fit with or without a bull bar; weight increases with a bull bar configuration
• Mid-height bull bar is not compatible with Toyota Safety Sense
