The C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Front Bumper for the 3rd Gen Toyota Tacoma (2016–2023) is built for serious overlanders who demand rugged protection without sacrificing access to winch and lighting gear. It’s engineered to integrate with a range of winches and lighting options, making remote adventures more reliable and predictable.

Rugged construction and weight

• 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" thick mounting plates for shear strength and lasting durability.
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs fully welded on both sides for secure recovery points.
• Weight varies with bull bar configuration: 115 lbs without bull bar; 125 lbs with mid-height bull bar; 130 lbs with full-height bull bar; 135 lbs with full-height bull bar plus headlight hoops.
• Powder coating option available to prevent rust; without it, painting or coating is required prior to installation.

Winch compatibility and installation notes

• Designed to fit most winches in the 8,000–12,000 lb range.
• Relocating the electrical control box is recommended for optimal fit; integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets.
• Common compatible winches include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series.
• For best fit and functionality, use synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead; some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate.
• Cutting of the plastic bumper is required to install.
• Front bumper cutouts provide accessible winch lever operation.

Lighting and fog light integration

• Designed to accommodate a 30" single-row light bar; specifically designed for Baja Designs S8 light bar.
• Compatible with Extreme LED 30" 5D light bar and RIGID 30" SR series lights.
• Fog light pockets are sized for Baja Designs Squadron lights; factory fog lights are not supported.

Finish, fitment, and installation cautions

• Mid-height bull bar is not compatible with Toyota Safety Sense.
• Unless you choose the powder-coated option, you’ll need to paint or powder coat to prevent rust after installation.
