C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Front Bumper / 3rd Gen / 2016-2023

The C4 Fabrication Tacoma Overland Front Bumper is a rugged, purpose-built upgrade for Toyota Tacoma 3rd Gen (2016–2023) owners who push their trucks off-road. Engineered for serious overlanders, it blends heavy-duty protection with flexible winch and lighting options to keep your setup streamlined on the trail. Note: installation requires cutting the factory plastic bumper for a secure fit.

Winch compatibility and mounting

• Fits most winches 8,000–12,000 lbs
• Relocation of the electrical control box is recommended for optimal clearance
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit
• Common compatible models include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series
• Best fit with synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead for reliable line handling
• Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate
• Front-facing cutouts provide easy access to the winch lever
• Note: bumper installation requires cutting of the plastic bumper

Lighting and light-bar compatibility

• Designed to accommodate a 30″ single-row light bar (specifically Baja Designs S8)
• Also compatible with Extreme LED 30″ 5D light bar and RIGID 30″ SR series
• Fog light pockets are designed for Baja Designs Squadron lights
• Factory fog lights are not supported

Construction and finish

• Fabricated from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" thick mounting plates
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs welded front and back as standard
• Weight: 115 lbs without bull bar, 125 lbs with mid-height bull bar, 130 lbs with full-height bull bar, 135 lbs with full-height bull bar plus headlight hoops
• Finish option: powder-coated or bare steel that must be painted or coated to prevent rust

Fitment notes and compatibility

• Mid-height bull bar is not compatible with Toyota Safety Sense
• Designed around a front bumper cut for winch access and line handling, with mounting hardened for rugged use
