C4 Fabrication Tacoma Hybrid Front Bumper / 2nd Gen / 2012-2015

C4 Fabrication's Tacoma Hybrid Front Bumper for the 2nd Gen Toyota Tacoma (2012–2015) is a 100% bolt-on, heavy-duty upgrade designed to withstand serious off-road use. Built with a 3/16" steel main body, 1/4" winch plates, and 1 3/4" diameter tubing, it combines rugged protection with winch readiness and lighting customization, all without welding or plastic bumper cutting.

• 100% bolt-on installation; minor trimming of the sheet metal bracket under the headlights required
• Winch compatible for 8k–12k capacity; cutouts in the front provide access to winch rope and clutch lever
• Designed to fit 30" single-row light bars (specifically Baja Designs S8); also compatible with Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series
• 1/4" thick steel bumper winch plate and mounting plates; 3/16" thick bumper main body
• 1 3/4" OD tubing with 1/8" wall thickness; 3/4" thick D-ring tabs fully welded front and back
• Available configurations: without Bull Bar (125 lbs), with Mid-Height Bull Bar (130 lbs), with Full Height Bull Bar and side tube gussets (137 lbs)
• Additional Front Bumper Frame Support Brackets included with all 2nd Gen Tacoma Overland and Hybrid bumpers
• Powder coat option available; otherwise painting or coating required to prevent rust

Fitment & Compatibility

• Fits 2nd Gen Toyota Tacoma (2012–2015)
• Compatible with most winches in the 8k–12k range; for best fit, consider winches that allow relocating the electrical control box
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit
• Common compatible winches include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series
• Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate

• Bumper winch plate and mounting plates are 1/4" thick steel
• Bumper main body is 3/16" thick steel
• Tubing is 1 3/4" OD with 1/8" wall thickness
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs are fully welded front and back
• Designed to balance strength with weight considerations across three configurations
