Designed to install without welding or plastic bumper cutting, it offers winch readiness, reinforced construction, and thoughtful access points for recovery gear and lighting.

• Fits most 8,000–12,000 lb winches; relocation of the electrical control box recommended for certain setups
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit

• Recommend synthetic rope and hawse-style fairlead for best fit and function
• Caution: some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate

Construction & Build

• Bumper winch plate and mounting plates: 1/4″ thick steel
• Bumper main body: 3/16″ thick steel
• Tubing: 1 3/4″ OD, 1/8″ wall
• 3/4″ thick D-ring tabs, fully welded to the bumper front and back
• Weight: 125 lbs (bumper without bull bar); 130 lbs (mid-height bull bar); 137 lbs (full-height bull bar with side tube gussets)

Lighting & Accessory Compatibility

• Designed to accommodate a 30″ single-row light bar (specifically designed for Baja Designs S8)
• Also compatible with Extreme LED 30″ 5D light bar and RIGID 30″ SR series

Finish, Maintenance & Warranty

• Unless you select the powder-coated option, the bumper will need painting or powder coating to prevent rust
