The C4 Fabrication Tacoma Hybrid Front Bumper is a rugged, bolt-on upgrade designed for 2012–2015 2nd Gen Toyota Tacomas. Built for off-road enthusiasts who demand winch readiness, durable construction, and clean, factory-like installation, this bumper enhances protection while preserving access to essential gear.

• 100% bolt-on installation with no welding or plastic bumper cutting required; only minor trimming of the sheet metal bracket under the headlights.
• Winch-ready design with front cutouts to access winch rope and clutch lever; fits most winches in the 8k–12k range. Relocation of the electrical control box is recommended for some setups; integrated control box winches may require trim of grille support brackets.
• Popular winch compatibility commonly fits ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series winches. Synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead are recommended for best fitment and performance.
• Robust construction — bumper winch plate and mounting plates are 1/4" thick steel; bumper main body is 3/16" thick steel; tubing is 1 3/4" OD with 1/8" wall thickness; 3/4" thick D-ring tabs are fully welded front and back.
• Weight options (approximate): 125 lbs without Bull Bar; 130 lbs with Mid-Height Bull Bar; 137 lbs with Full Height Bull Bar and side tube gussets.

• Bumper main body thickness: 3/16".
• Tubing: 1 3/4" outer diameter with 1/8" wall thickness for added strength and clearance.
• D-ring hardware: 3/4" thick, fully welded on the front and back for reliable recovery points.

Installation & Compatibility Notes

• Designed to be installed with minimal disruption to existing body panels; no welding required.
• Minor trimming of the sheet metal bracket under the headlights is required for a proper fit.
