Designed specifically for the 2nd Gen Tacoma, the Hybrid Front Bumper combines heavy-duty construction with practical winch integration. It features front cutouts for winch rope and clutch access, ensuring smooth operation while preserving bumper integrity. The bumper’s robust architecture supports a wide range of winches and lighting options, making it a versatile upgrade for trail-ready trucks.

• 100% bolt-on installation; no welding or plastic bumper cutting required. Minor trimming of the sheet metal bracket under the headlights may be needed.
• Winch compatible with most 8k–12k units; includes cutouts to access winch rope and clutch lever.
• Relocation of the electrical control box is recommended for some winches; integrated control box setups may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit.
• Compatible with popular winches such as ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series.
• For best fit and function, use synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate.
• Bumper winch plate and mounting plates are 1/4" thick steel; bumper main body is 3/16" thick steel; tubing is 1 3/4" OD with 1/8" wall thickness.
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs are fully welded to the bumper front and back.
• Weight options: 125 lbs (no Bull Bar), 130 lbs (Mid-Height Bull Bar), 137 lbs (Full Height Bull Bar with side tube gussets).
• Designed to accommodate 30" single-row light bars (specifically designed for Baja Designs S8); Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series will also fit.
• Includes Additional Front Bumper Frame Support Brackets with all 2nd Gen Tacoma Overland and Hybrid bumpers (a $177 value).
• Finish options: Powder coating is available; otherwise the bumper will need painting or powder coating to prevent rust.

Lighting & Accessory Fit

Engineered to work with 30" single-row light bars, the bumper accommodates Baja Designs S8 light bars and is compatible with Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series as well. The design includes recessed fairlead mounting and cutouts to ensure clean, secure mounting and optimal lighting integration.

Finish Options
