C4 Fabrication Tacoma Hybrid Front Bumper / 2nd Gen / 2012-2015

The C4 Fabrication Tacoma Hybrid Front Bumper is a rugged, bolt-on upgrade designed for 2nd Gen Toyota Tacomas (2012–2015). It delivers serious front-end protection with winch capability, without welding or plastic bumper cutting, and only minor trimming of the sheet metal bracket under the headlights is required for a clean fit.

• Winch plate and mounting plates are 1/4" thick steel; bumper main body 3/16" thick steel
• Tubing: 1 3/4" OD, 1/8" wall thickness; 3/4" thick D-ring tabs fully welded front and back
• Powder coating option available; otherwise finish will require painting or powder coating to prevent rust

Compatibility and fitment notes

• Designed for 2nd Gen Tacoma (2012–2015)
• All bumpers are winch compatible and include cutouts for winch rope and clutch lever
• Winches 8k–12k sized; some configurations benefit from relocating the control box
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of the grille support brackets to fit
• Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate
• Additional Front Bumper Frame Support Brackets included with all 2nd Gen Tacoma Overland and Hybrid front bumpers (a $177 value)

Light bar and fairlead considerations

• Specifically designed to fit Baja Designs S8 30" light bar; Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series will also fit
• For best fit and function, use synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead
• Avoid oversized roller fairleads that may not fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate
