• 100% bolt-on installation—no cutting or welding required.
• Winch compatible with cutouts in the front for accessing winch rope and clutch lever.
• Fits most 8k–12k winches; relocation of the electrical control box is recommended.
• Integrated control box winches may require some trimming of grille support brackets to fit.
• Common winches that fit include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series.
• Best fit with synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead for optimal alignment; some roller fairleads may be too large for the bumper’s recessed fairlead mounting plate.

Winch Compatibility & Installation Details

• Bumper winch plate and mounting plates are 1/4" thick steel; bumper main body is 3/16" thick steel.
• Tubing is 1 3/4" OD with 1/8" wall thickness.
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs are fully welded front and back as standard.
• Overall weight: 125 lbs without a bull bar, 130 lbs with a mid-height bull bar, and 137 lbs with a full-height bull bar and side tube gussets.

Lighting & Light Bar Compatibility

• Designed to accommodate 30" single-row light bars, specifically tailored for Baja Designs S8.
• Also compatible with Extreme LED 30" 5D light bars and RIGID 30" SR series.

Build Quality & Durability
