The bumper combines robust steel construction with practical mounting options to keep your rig ready for any terrain.

Construction and Materials

Outer shell: 11 ga steel
Winch plate: 3/16" steel
Mounting brackets: 3/16" steel
3/4" D-Ring tabs fully welded on both the front and back sides

Compatibility and Lighting

Designed to work with all trims, though Trailhunter requires front skid trimming to clear the bumper
Retains full functionality of OEM sensors and safety systems
Designed to accommodate mounting a pair of Baja Designs S2 fog lights; other brands are not guaranteed to fit perfectly
Fits most 8-12k winches without integrated control packs; the winch control pack must be relocated from the top of most winches and trimming/fitting will be required
Winches with synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead will provide the best fitment and functionality
Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper

Installation and Finish

Cutting of the center plastic portion of the factory bumper cover is required to install the bumper
Powder-coated option available; if you do not choose the powder-coated version, painting or powder coating is required before installation to prevent rust
