Winch, Lighting & Mounting

The bumper is designed to support a pair of Baja Designs S2 fog lights, with the note that other light brands may not fit perfectly. It accepts most 8–12k winches, provided you relocate the winch control pack from the top and complete any required trimming. For the cleanest setup, use a winch with synthetic rope and a hawse fairlead; some roller fairleads may conflict with the recessed fairlead mounting plate.

Construction & Finish

Built for durability, the front shell uses 11 ga steel, while critical mounting components are formed from 3/16" steel. The bumper features fully welded 3/4" D-Ring tabs on both the front and back for secure recovery options. All installation hardware is included, and the unit weighs 74 lbs, reflecting its sturdy, protective design.

Installation & Maintenance

Installation requires cutting the center plastic portion of the factory bumper cover and, depending on your setup, trimming to clear the bumper. The product is not necessarily shipped in a finished paint state; you’ll need to paint or powder coat to prevent rust unless you choose the powder-coated option.
