Built for serious off-road use, this winch-ready bumper delivers rugged protection with a refined, low-profile stance. The bumper features the distinctive C4 logo cut into the light-bar cutout area, a detail that remains even if you opt for no light-bar cutout.

Key Fit & Features

• Fits most winches in the 8k–12k range. Winches with the ability to relocate the electrical control box are recommended; integrated control box winches may require some trimming of the grille support brackets.
• Designed to accommodate a 30" single-row light bar. Specifically engineered for Baja Designs S8 light bars, with compatibility also listed for Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series.
• Slots in front of the bumper provide easy winch access.
• 3–4" thick D-ring tabs are fully welded front and back as standard.
• Does not fit Warn Epic Fairlead.
• Cutting out the center section of the original plastic bumper is required for installation.
• Ships bare steel; powder coat finish is not available. If you don’t select the powder-coated option, the bumper will need to be painted or coated to prevent rust.
• Weight: 75 lbs.
• Works with TRD PRO skid plate.
• Bull bar compatibility: Compatible with Toyota Safety Sense on models WITHOUT the TRD Pro grille.

• Material: Bare steel (raw, unpainted by default).
• Finish option information: Powder coat finish is not available by default; if you don’t choose the powder-coated option, painting or coating is required to prevent rust.

Installation Considerations

• Center-section modification: Cutting out the center section of the original plastic bumper is required.
• Grille clearance: Integrated control box winches may require trimming of the grille support brackets to fit properly.
• Fairlead compatibility: Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.
• Light-bar logo note: The “C4” logo will be cut into the light-bar cutout area; if you select a “no cutout” option, the logo will remain in that location.
