Experience rugged, go-anywhere capability with the C4 Fabrication Tacoma Front Lo-Pro Winch Bumper for 3rd Gen Tacomas (2016–2023). This low-profile, bare-steel bumper is designed to cradle a winch up to 12k, provide secure recovery points, and integrate a dedicated light-bar setup for serious off-road adventures.

Compatibility, winch readiness & light-bar integration

• Fits most winches in the 8k–12k range; winches with relocation capability for the electrical control box are recommended.
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit.
• Common winch models that fit include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series; does not fit Warn Epic Fairlead.
• Slots in front of the bumper provide easy winch access.
• Designed to accommodate a 30" single-row light bar; specifically designed for Baja Designs S8 light bar, with Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series also fitting.
• Includes a logo cut area: the “C4” logo is cut into the light-bar cutout area, with the logo retained even if a no-cutout option is chosen.
• Cutting out the center section of the original plastic bumper is required.

Construction, finish, and installation notes

• 3–4" thick D-ring tabs are fully welded on the front and back for robust recovery points.
• Ships bare steel; powder coat finish is not available.
• Weighs 75 lbs, contributing to a strong, stable front-end upgrade without excessive weight.
• Works with TRD PRO skid plate; bull bar is compatible with Toyota Safety Sense on models WITHOUT the TRD Pro grille.
• Unless you choose the powder-coated option, the bumper will require painting or powder coating before installation to prevent rust.

Fitment details, use cases & practical considerations

• Center-section trimming of the grille/support may be required for certain installations or winch configurations.
• Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper; for best fit, a hawse-style fairlead paired with synthetic rope is recommended.
• Maximize winch performance with a synthetic rope and proper fairlead alignment for reliable recovery operations.
