Exact Fitment. This kit is engineered specifically for 2019-2024 Trail Boss and AT4 models to ensure seamless factory integration.
Heavy-Duty Skid Plate. A full-width front skid plate made from thick 3/16-inch steel protects your vital undercarriage components.
Durable Cross Members. Boxed steel front and rear cross members prevent twisting under heavy off-road loads.
Strong Differential Brackets. New 1/4-inch boxed plate steel brackets feature a double gusset to withstand differential torsional twisting.

NOTE: These will not fit late model 2024 or 2025 applications that have round U-bolts. Using U-bolt part number 67-35150UB will allow this kit to fit 2025 applications.
Delivers clearance for increased aftermarket tire sizes - up to 37x12.50 on 6-inch kit on 9" wide wheels with 0 offsets with no trimming. -18 offset will require minor trimming.
The proprietary lower strut clamshell design maintains factory geometry and retains the use of the factory strut.
Tube steel upper control arms with maintenance-free pivot bushings and 1-ton ball joints.
3/16-inch thick steel plate cross members and skid plate.
Anti-torsion boxed and gusseted plate steel differential drop brackets.
