ReadyLift SST Lift Kit: 4.5" Front / 2.5" Rear for Dodge Ram 2500 4WD (2014-2018)

  • Kit 69-1242 delivers 4.5" front lift and 2.5" rear lift on the 2014–2018 Ram 2500 4WD, using heavy-duty fabricated steel coil spring spacers.
  • Includes front radius arm drop brackets and a front track bar relocation bracket to preserve suspension geometry and maintain factory ride quality.
  • Durable black e-coated steel construction; spacers resist deterioration and won’t sag, helping maintain ride height over time while keeping the factory front coil spring engaged.
  • Bolt-on installation with no modifications required; kit also includes front/rear shock extensions, bump stop extensions, longer sway bar end links, and front sway bar frame spacers.
  • Designed for compatibility with negative offset wheels and up to 37" tall tires, maximizing wheel/tire options without sacrificing ride or handling.
  • Compatibility note: Not for Power Wagon or snow prep/ambulance package-equipped Ram 2500s.
