Factor 55 The Flat Splicer: The world's first splice-on folding winch rope shackle mount thimble

Fold-flat profile: 1.75" thick design that tucks against winch fairleads to minimize frontal protrusion and preserve vehicle approach angle.
Rope protection: Integrated EPDM rubber pads shield the fairlead and rope end from UV light, abrasion, and impact.
Smart routing: The splice exits through the middle and can be bent 90 degrees along the inner radius, then back toward the winch for clean, controlled line management.
Shackle compatibility: Accepts the pin and bow ends of common 3/4" shackles and the pin ends of larger 7/8" shackles for versatile mounting.
Durable specs: Dimensions 4" L × 6" W × 4" H; weight 1.44 lb; Working Load Limit depends on rope diameter used.
Installation note: Requires synthetic rope splicing knowledge; Brummel Splice or Long Bury Splice recommended; made in USA; Patent Pending.
