Opening for rope tube thimbles: taller opening compatible with larger rope tube thimbles for versatile rigging options.
Durability under load: machined outer corner chamfer reduces rope stress when the winch is used as a front suspension “suck-down” device.
Finish and abrasion resistance: MIL-A-8625F TYPE III hard anodized gun metal gray finish with laser-engraved logo; hard anodizing resists abrasion from gritty rope rubbing and offers low friction to minimize rope heat.
