Designed for the 2010+ 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner, the C4 Fabrication Rock Runner Front Bumper delivers rugged front-end protection with modular, bolt-on wings and winch-ready usability. This heavy‑duty upgrade targets off‑road enthusiasts seeking engineered strength, integrated protection, and flexible mounting for accessories. Note: installation requires cutting of the plastic bumper to install.

• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs fully welded to the bumper (front and back).
• 1.5" x.120" tube used on the tube sides and bull bar for proven strength.
• Washer tank skid can be added for additional protection.
• Powder-coating option available; otherwise, paint or coat to prevent rust.
• Grille-friendly design with cutouts and a dedicated aluminum fill panel to complete the look if you don’t install a winch.

Winch Compatibility & Electrical

• Fits most winches in the 8k–10k capacity range.
• Winches with the ability to relocate the electrical control box are recommended.
• Integrated control box winches may require some trimming of the grille support brackets to fit.
• (Examples) Smittybilt X20 and Warn VR series are compatible in many installations.
• Recommendation: use winches with synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead for best fitment and functionality.
• Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed mounting plate in the bumper.
• Cutouts in front of the bumper provide access to the winch lever.
• Includes aluminum fill panel to complete the look if you choose not to install a winch.

Fitment, Lighting & Access

• Tube sides include light mounts in the wings and are sized to fit up to one of each: Squadron, S2, and S1 light per side.
• TSS relocation bracket is available for 2020+ models.

Construction & Finish

• Bumper manufactured from 11 ga laser-cut steel with 3/16" thick mounting plates and winch plate.

Finish, Maintenance & Installation Notes

• Unless you choose the powder-coated option, the bumper will need to be painted or powder-coated before installation to prevent rust.
