Materials, weight, and construction

• Made from 11 gauge laser-cut P&O steel with 3/16" thick mounting plates and winch plate for enhanced rigidity.
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs are fully welded on the front and back for dependable recovery points.
• 1.5" x.120" tubing used on tube sides and bull bar for optimal strength-to-weight balance.
• Weights vary by configuration:
  • Front w/ Plate Sides: 100 lbs
  • Front w/ Plate Sides and Bull Bar: 106 lbs
  • Front w/ Tube Sides: 102 lbs
  • Front w/ Tube Sides and Bull Bar: 108 lbs

Winch compatibility and installation notes

• Fits most winches in the 8,000–10,000 lb range.
• Recommended to relocate the winch electrical control box; integrated control box winches may require trimming of the grille support brackets to fit.
• Popular compatible winches include Smittybilt X20 and Warn VR series.
• For best fitment and functionality, use a winch with synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate.
• Washer tank skid can be added for additional protection.
• Cutouts in front of bumper allow winch lever access.
• If not opting for a powder-coated finish, the bumper will need to be painted or powder coated to prevent rust.
