The C4 Fabrication Rock Runner Front Bumper for the 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner (2010+) is a rugged, modular front-end upgrade built for serious off-roaders who demand protection, winch readiness, and a clean, integrated look. Designed to armor your front end while maintaining mounting flexibility, it’s engineered for those who push their 4Runner into demanding terrain. Note: installation requires cutting the plastic bumper.

• Winch-compatible: ships with winch cover plate and bridge skid that connect to existing skid plates and factory cross member
• Fits most winches 8k–10k in size; relocation of the electrical control box recommended
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit
• Common compatible winches: Smittybilt X20, Warn VR series
• Recommendation: synthetic rope and hawse-style fairlead for best fitment and function
• Recessed fairlead mounting plate may not accommodate some large roller fairleads
• Front cutouts provide winch lever access
• Aluminum fill panel included to complete look if a winch isn’t installed

Construction & design

• Material: 11 ga laser-cut P&O steel with 3/16" thick mounting plates and winch plate
• Structural hardware: 3/4" thick D-ring tabs welded front and back
• Tubing: 1.5" x.120" tube used on tube sides and bull bar
• Finish considerations: unless you choose the powder-coated option, bumper must be painted or powder coated to prevent rust

Light mounting and accessories

• Tube sides include light mounts in the wings
• Designed to accommodate up to 1 Squadron, 1 S2, and 1 S1 light per side

Additional features and options

• Washer tank skid can be added for additional protection
• TSS relocation bracket available for 2020+
• Includes aluminum fill panel if you choose not to install a winch
