Modular Construction and Finish

• Modular, 3-piece design with bolt-on wings for flexible installation and upgrades.
• 11 ga laser-cut P&O steel construction with 3/16" thick mounting plates and winch plate for solid, durable protection.
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs fully welded front and back as standard.
• 1.5" x.120" tube used on tube sides and bull bar for proven rigidity and off-road protection.
• Frame support brackets included to simplify mounting and maintain alignment.
• Ships with a winch cover plate and bridge skid that connects to existing skid plates and factory cross member.
• Washer tank skid can be added for additional protection.

Winching and Compatibility

• Fits most winches in the 8k–10k lb range.
• Frame brackets support relocation of the winch electrical control box; recommended for easier wiring management.
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit.
• Compatible with common winches such as Smittybilt X20 and Warn VR series; synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead is recommended for best fitment and function.
• Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.
• Cutouts in front of the bumper provide convenient winch lever access.
• Includes an aluminum fill panel to complete the look if you choose not to install a winch.
• TSS relocation bracket is available for 2020+ models.

Light Mounting and Electrical

• Tube sides include light mounting in the wings and are sized to fit up to 1 Squadron, 1 S2, and 1 S1 light on each side.

Finish, Paint, and Maintenance

• Bumper is constructed from 11 ga steel with reinforced mounting plates and winch plate.
• Unless you choose the powder-coated option, the bumper will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.
