C4 Fabrication’s Rock Runner Front Bumper for the 5th Gen 4Runner (2010+) delivers rugged off-road protection with a modular, bolt-on design built for serious adventures. This winch-ready bumper fellowships heavy-duty steel construction with flexible configurations to match your rig and driving needs. Note: installation requires cutting the plastic bumper to fit.

Key features & weight options

• Weight variants depending on configuration: Front w/ Plate Sides 100 lbs; Front w/ Plate Sides and Bull Bar 106 lbs; Front w/ Tube Sides 102 lbs; Front w/ Tube Sides and Bull Bar 108 lbs.
• 11 ga laser-cut P&O steel construction with 3/16" thick mounting plates and winch plate for maximum rigidity.
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs fully welded front and back for dependable recovery points.
• 1.5" x.120" tube used on tube sides as well as the bull bar for added protection and a cohesive look.
• Aluminum fill panel included to complete the look if you choose not to install a winch.
• Washer tank skid can be added for additional protection.
• Powder coating option available; otherwise, recommended to paint or finish to prevent rust.

Design, build & finish

• Modular, 3-piece design with bolt-on wings for flexible mounting and serviceability.
• Frame support brackets are included with the bumper for secure installation.
• Bumpers ship with a winch cover plate and bridge skid that connects to current skid plates and the factory cross member.
• Integrated control box compatibility and clear access: winches with relocated electrical boxes are recommended; integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit.
• Cutouts in front of the bumper provide winch lever access.
• TSS relocation bracket available for 2020+ models.

Winch compatibility & mounting notes

• Fits most winches in the 8k–10k range; common compatible models include Smittybilt X20 and Warn VR series.
• Recommend synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead for the best fit and functionality.
• Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.

Lighting, fitment & clearance

• Tube sides include light mounts in the wings, sized to accommodate up to 1 Squadron, 1 S2, and 1 S1 light on each side.
• Includes a winch-specific cutout design to maximize accessibility and leverage.
