C4 Fabrication’s Rock Runner Front Bumper for the 5th Gen 2010+ 4Runner is a heavy-duty, modular upgrade designed for serious off-road protection and winch capability. Built to withstand rugged terrain, it combines a robust 11ga laser-cut steel shell with a flexible, bolt-on design that adapts to your preferred setup and lighting configuration.

Key Features

• 11 ga laser-cut P&O steel construction with 3/16" mounting plates and winch plate for solid durability
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs, fully welded on front and back, for secure recovery points
• 1.5" x.120" tubes used on the tube sides and bull bar, delivering added protection and rigidity
• Modular, 3-piece design with bolt-on wings for flexible configuration and easier installation
• Frame support brackets included to simplify mounting
• Winch compatibility: ships with a winch cover plate and bridge skid that connects to existing skid plates and factory cross member
• Fits most winches in the 8k–10k range; supports use of synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead
• Integrated winch considerations: relief for relocation of the electrical control box is recommended; integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets
• Cutouts in front of the bumper provide winch lever access; aluminum fill panel included if you opt not to install a winch
• Light mounting on tube sides: wings sized to fit up to 1 Squadron, 1 S2, and 1 S1 light per side
• TSS relocation bracket available for 2020+ models
• Washer tank skid can be added for additional protection
• Powder coat option available; otherwise the bumper will need painting or powder coating before installation to prevent rust
