The C4 Fabrication 4Runner Overland Series Rear Bumper for 5th Gen 2010–2024 is built for serious overland setups, prioritizing precise fitment, modular accessory support, and robust off-road performance. It’s designed for 5th Gen 4Runners that demand maximum clearance, versatile mounting, and dependable durability on demanding trails.

Compatibility

• Compatible with C4 Summit Hatch Ladder and the GOBI ladder (Non-TRD Pro Version).
• Not compatible with 2021+ BSM.
• Not compatible with parking sensors on some models.

Design, Fitment, and Modularity

• Bumper Mounting System allows the bumper to adjust in every direction to dial in the perfect fitment.
• Multiple accessory mounting configurations via mounting hole patterns.
• All mounts can be adjusted vertically on the swing arms for personalized alignment.
• Designed with extra bracing to greatly reduce bumper twist when swing-outs are open.
• Anti-rattle, heavy-duty swing-out latching system.

Weight, Clearance, and Build Notes

• Base bumper with no swing-outs weighs 160 lbs.
• With half swing, the bumper weighs 200 lbs.
• With single or dual swing, the bumper weighs 235 lbs.
• When the bolt-on hitch is removed, this is the highest clearance available of any rear bumper for 5th Gen 4Runner.
• All rear bumpers are now made without slotted side-cutouts; the logo has been updated to the new “C4” mark.

Finish and Maintenance

• Unless you choose the powder-coated option, this product will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.

Storage, Racks, and Capacity

• Single (2 gallon) Rotopax can be mounted flat on the swing arm without using our mount.
• Maxtrax mounting pins are recommended; Rotopax brand mount is not included and is required to use with our mount.
• Rotopax/Maxtrax Combo Mount supports stacking up to two 4-gallon Rotopax and four Maxtrax while maintaining space for a vertical Hi-Lift Mount.
• All mounts can be adjusted vertically on the swing arms to fit your configuration.
