The C4 Fabrication Overland Series Front Bumper for the 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner (2014–2024) delivers improved ground clearance, better approach angles, and rugged protection for serious off-road use. Designed for overlanders who want to fit larger tires, reliable winch capability, and a purpose-built bumper that stands up to demanding trails, it combines dense steel construction with practical mounting and accessory options.

Key Features

• Heavy-duty construction: 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" thick mounting plates for maximum rigidity.
• Built-in recovery capacity: 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs standard on every bumper and fully welded front and back.
• Rugged bull bar:.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW bull bar tubing for added front-end protection.
• Winch compatibility: Fits most 8k–12k winches; relocation of the electrical control box is recommended. Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit.
• TSS relocation: If you have TSS, you must select YES for the TSS relocation bracket (not compatible with mid-height bull bar).
• Winch brands & guidance: Common fits include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series; prefer synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead for best fit and function.
• Light bar compatibility: Designed to accommodate a 30" single-row light bar (specifically Baja Designs S8); Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series will also fit.
• Installation notes: Requires cutting the original plastic bumper cover to install.
• Cooling system & routing: Replaces the original power steering cooler lines with the included cooler kit; installation is straightforward and does not require draining the power steering system.
• Line routing benefits: Replacing the cooler lines provides more room for the winch and removes the low-hanging U-shaped portion near the bumper bolts to reduce exposure to debris.
• Finish & corrosion: Unless you choose a powder-coated option, painting or powder coating is required to prevent rust.
• Weight (varies by configuration): 135 lbs without bull bar; 140 lbs with mid-height bull bar; 150 lbs with full-height bull bar; 155 lbs with full-height bull bar and headlight hoops.
