C4 Fabrication 4Runner Overland Series Front Bumper / 5th Gen / 2014-2024

The C4 Fabrication Overland Series Front Bumper is engineered for the 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner (2014–2024). It delivers increased approach angles, greater tire clearance, and robust winch integration for serious off-road exploration. Designed for overlanders who demand both protection and capable hardware compatibility, this bumper elevates both form and function.

Rugged construction you can trust

• 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel core with 1/4" thick mounting plates for exceptional rigidity
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs, standard on every bumper and fully welded front and back
• Bull bar tubing is.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing for proven impact resistance

Winching, mounting and TSS options

• Fits most winches in the 8k–12k range
• Recommended to use winches with a relocatable electrical control box
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit
• If you have TSS, select YES for the TSS relocation bracket; NOT compatible with mid-height bull bar
• Common compatible winches: ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, VR series
• For best fit and function, use synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate

Light bars and lighting compatibility

• Designated to fit 30" single-row light bars, specifically tuned for Baja Designs S8
• Also compatible with Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series

Camera, fitment and weight

• Not compatible with MTM front camera without relocating the camera above the bumper
• Weight varies by configuration:
  • 135 lbs without bull bar
  • 140 lbs with mid-height bull bar
  • 150 lbs with full-height bull bar
  • 155 lbs with full-height bull bar and headlight hoops

Installation and vehicle integration

• Requires cutting the original plastic bumper cover to install
• Power steering cooler lines must be removed and replaced with the included cooler kit; installation is straightforward and does not require draining the power steering system
• Replacing the lines provides more room for the winch and removes the low-hanging “U-shaped” portion near the bumper bolt area, reducing exposure to obstacles and debris

Finish and corrosion prevention

• Unless you choose the powder-coated option, the bumper will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust
