C4 Fabrication 4Runner Overland Series Front Bumper / 5th Gen / 2014-2024

The C4 Fabrication 4Runner Overland Series Front Bumper is a purpose-built upgrade for the 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner (2014–2024). It delivers increased approach angles and tire clearance while providing a robust, winch-ready platform for serious off-road adventures.

Core Construction & Strength

• Made from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" thick mounting plates for durable, shop-grade strength.
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs are standard and fully welded on both the front and back for reliable recovery points.
• Bull bar tubing uses.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing for rugged protection and a clean mounting silhouette.
• Designed to accommodate a wide range of winches (8k–12k). Relocation of the electrical control box is recommended for best fit; integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets.
• If you have TSS, a TSS relocation bracket is required (not compatible with mid-height bull bars).

Winch, Lighting & Fitment

• Compatible with popular winches such as ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series.
• Use a synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead for optimal fit and performance; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead plate.
• Engineered to fit 30" single-row light bars; specifically designed for Baja Designs S8. Will also fit Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series lights.
• Not compatible with MTM front camera without relocating the camera above the bumper.

• 135 lb without the bull bar
• 140 lb with the mid-height bull bar
• 150 lb with the full-height bull bar
• 155 lb with the full-height bull bar and headlight hoops

Installation Notes & Requirements

• Requires cutting the original plastic bumper cover to install.\n
• Power steering cooler lines must be removed and replaced with the included power steering cooler kit; this upgrade adds space for the winch and removes the low-hanging U-shaped lines near the bumper mount.
• Painting or powder coating is required if you do not choose the powder-coated option to prevent rust.

Lighting & Bar Fitment

The bumper is designed to accommodate a 30" single-row light bar and is compatible with a range of popular lighting setups. Baja Designs S8 remains a pinpoint match, with other brands such as Extreme LED and RIGID accounted for in fitment.

Compatibility & What You Should Know

• Not compatible with MTM front camera unless relocated above the bumper.
• Mid-height bull bars are incompatible with the TSS relocation bracket.
