Premium construction and design

• 3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel construction for lasting rigidity in demanding environments.
• 1/4″ thick mounting plates provide solid attachment to the frame for added strength.
• 3/4″ thick D-Ring tabs, fully welded on the front and back for reliable recovery points.
• Bull bar tubing is.120 wall, 1 3/4″ diameter HREW—built to resist impacts while keeping weight manageable.

Winch compatibility and electrical considerations

• Fits most winches in the 8k–12k range. For best results, use a winch capable of relocating the electrical control box.
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of the grille support brackets to fit.
• Recommended winch types include synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead for optimal fitment; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead plate.
• Common compatible winches include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series.

TSS relocation bracket and camera compatibility

• If your build includes TSS, select YES for the TSS relocation bracket (NOT compatible with mid-height bull bar).
• MTM front camera is not compatible without relocating the camera above the bumper.

Lighting, fitment, and use cases

• Designed to fit a 30″ single-row light bar, with a specific design for Baja Designs S8 30″ light bars.
• Also compatible with Extreme LED 30″ 5D light bars and RIGID 30″ SR series.
• Ideal for overlanding and adventure builds that value protection, recovery points, and lighting integration without compromising approach geometry.

Installation notes and finish

• Installation requires cutting the original plastic bumper cover to install this bumper.
• Power steering cooler lines must be replaced with the included power steering cooler kit; installation is straightforward and does not require draining the power steering system.
• Replacing the cooler lines provides more room for the winch and removes a low-hanging U-shaped section near the bumper bolts to reduce exposure to debris.
• Finish care: unless you select the powder-coated option, the bumper should be painted or powder-coated to prevent rust.

Weight and finish options

• Weight varies with bull bar configuration: 135 lbs (no bull bar), 140 lbs (mid-height bull bar), 150 lbs (full-height bull bar), 155 lbs (full-height bull bar with headlight hoops).
• Powder-coated finishes are available as an option to simplify protection against the elements.
